Faculty Highlight: Ms. Alice Pak
Ms. Alice Pak has received her B.A in history and minored in Education and Spanish. She received her Master in Education at Pepperdine University. She has been teaching online at CALPAC for 8 years.
Ms. Alice Pak was born in Seoul Korea and came to the U.S at the age of 5 years old. She has traveled to many different countries as well (she loves to travel!) Almost all of Western Europe, China, Japan, and Dubai!
Aside from traveling, she loves to cook, hike, watch new movies, and exercise. She loves to stay active and explore different types of exercise activities such as yoga, pilates, weight training, barre, bodycombat, and tennis.
The best advice she can give to students who are just entering into online learning is: stay on pace, make a schedule that works for you, always remember that online is the same as brick in terms of attending school daily, and take accountability in your learning.
Ms. Pak loves teaching at CALPAC and loves teaching her courses- Sociology, Geography, and World History. She thinks CALPAC is the best online school out there!
