High School (9-12)

CalPac’s High School program offers college preparatory courses that focus on 21st century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Online learning sets students up for a rewarding future. Students receive invaluable instruction from highly-qualified teachers that sets them up for success in school and beyond.

A Personalized Educational Program

Students enrolled in CalPac have the chance to take an active role in their education. This learning program gets personalized to each student’s needs, interests, abilities, and aspirations. They can collaborate with teachers and faculty to set their learning goals.

The personalized approach of CalPac curriculum means students can learn at a pace and in a way that’s right for them.

Each student learns and grows at a different pace, so it is incredibly important to provide them with an educational program that is tailored to them. Our model removes many of the barriers to student achievement and creates an environment that allows them to thrive.

Curriculum that Helps Students Succeed

We partner with Edgenuity to bring a superior, core-aligned, and customizable curriculum to our students. Students can choose from a wide selection of high school courses including AP, Honors, Credit Recovery, and CTE courses. Every student who enrolls in CalPac meets with a guidance counselor to discuss their high school plan and choose the courses that work best for their goals.

College-bound students can choose NCAA-approved and A-G courses to be eligible for UC/CSU entrance requirements. Students in need of course remediation or who are behind in credits, can enroll in the Credit Recovery Program, which is an individualized plan to help them make up credits quickly and graduate on time. We also offer career training programs for students who are interested in jumping straight into the workforce upon graduation.

Full Support for Your High Schooler & You

Parents can support their student by working closely with the homeroom and content teachers and monitoring student work and attendance through the online Parent Portal.

Every student in our CalPac program has a dedicated “homeroom” teacher to support them and provide individual feedback on course progress and weekly attendance. On top of that, families are given a contact sheet when they enroll. Our faculty is available to you and your student during regular business hours to help with whatever you need.

Family Expectations

Parents play a pivotal role in their child’s education no matter what.  In each program and at different ages, the parent role varies slightly. As your education partner, we make sure you know exactly what is expected of you and your student, so you feel confident about your child’s educational journey.
